UPDATE: RAFFLE FOR THE AJ1 REBELLIONAIRE IS NOW CLOSED!

SINCERE THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT DONATED!

For the Air Jordan 1 "Rebellionaire" release we are partnering with Jordan Brand & Mural Arts Philadelphia to raise money for their educational programs. Our shared goal is to help our city's youth be a force for positive change in our community through their engagement in artistic activity. Mural Arts is uniquely positioned to facilitate this goal through their connection to the City of Philadelphia and their ability to turn an illegal activity such as graffiti into a community supported movement that creates beautiful works of public art. Since we have one of their murals on our building and another extremely popular one directly behind our shop, it seemed a natural fit to aid Mural Arts in their ongoing initiative.

In order to be entered into the AJ1 "Rebellionaire" raffle you must donate to the Mural Arts Spark program through this Fundly fundraiser page. Customers just have to follow these two easy steps to enter:

RAFFLE INSTRUCTIONS: AVAILABLE SIZES 4-14

Lapstone Mission:  At Lapstone & Hammer, our mission is to honor the artistry and traditions of the past while fully embracing contemporary culture and fashion. A foundational part of that mission is to support and collaborate with creators of all kinds to translate the passion they have for their crafts to the world at large. That artistic ethos has been a part of our identity from the very beginning, present in the collaborations we've done with artists through our "Lapstone Artists Series" as well as the many art exhibitions that we've hosted at the shop over the years.

Mural Arts Mission: Mural Arts, the nation's largest public art program, began in 1984 when the Anti-Graffiti Network hired artist Jane Golden to reach out to graffiti writers and redirect their talents into public art making. In addressing the citywide problem of graffiti, Mural Arts’ collective artmaking process became a powerful tool for generating dialogue, building relationships, empowering communities, and sparking economic revitalization through the belief that art ignites change. That collaborative process still drives their work today: art is the building block for community dialogue and action, and the catalyst for exploring creative solutions to society-wide challenges. Their mission is that "Together, we create art that transforms places, individuals, communities and institutions.”

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

MUCH LOVE & MANY BLESSINGS!
